How are the Day Care Trusts Managed?

The Chelsea and Marsden Day Care Trusts are administered by a Board of Trustees.

The Board appoints a Care Manager for each Trust who is responsible for the overall operation.

Each Trust is registered as a Charitable Trust (not-for-profit) called the Marsden Day Care Trust and the Chelsea Day Care Trust.

They are funded by government subsidies, fees from private paying members, community grants, private donations and bequests.
